The five-storey logistics park offers well-fitted warehouses for dry and frozen products, offices on levels 4 and 5, and a nine-metre-wide one-way circular lane specially built for heavy vehicles with a maximum of 40 feet in length.

Crosspoint

Crosspoint, which has a gross floor area of 32,000 sqm, is situated on the west of Xin Jie Kou North Avenue, Beijing, just a hundred metres away from the Ji Shui Tan MRT station. Spanning four levels and a basement, Crosspoint offers 10,000 sqm of retail space, whilst levels 5 and 6 are used for offices.

Positioned as a retail mall targeting the individualistic young and fashion-conscious, Crosspoint has 22 well-known retailers such as Watsons, Lens Crafters optical shop, and Li Jia Bao Bei children’s chain store. The mall was officially opened in June 2008.
